Mascall Homes is a family owned and operated business, based in Hatfield Heath, Essex. Having lived in the area for over 60 years, we have an appreciation of, and respect for, our communities and their residents. It is these values that we bring to each of our developments. Our aim is to deliver the very best homes in each location, paying close attention to their architecture, space planning and surroundings.
In addition to the Hertfordshire/Essex border’s rural surroundings, the proximity to Bishop’s Stortford, Harlow, and Chelmsford, with fast rail links into London, make the region the ideal place to move to.
We never overextend the vision for each new development beyond its true potential, and we are always mindful of the people who live in the communities we’re working in. Over the years, Mascall Homes’ reputation has been built on quality and trust. We choose to work locally so we can oversee every part of the building process, and we only use local, skilled tradesmen to complete our developments.
